Clean, modern and friendly

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Pitched roof was a problem. We kept banging our heads. The staff was very helpful and they only spoke French. Parking was supposed to be included but they told me I was supposed to make a reservation.

We had a great stay at Allobroges. The on-site parking was convenient. Staff (especially cleaning staff) were detail oriented and thorough. The on-site breakfast option was convenient and provided a good variety of European style breakfast foods. The room was clean, bathroom was spacious and well-stocked, and both were in excellent condition. The hotel is within easy walking distance though on the periphery of Vieux Annecy. Would stay again.

This hotel is a few minute walk to the train & bus station. A 5 minute walk gets you to the edge of the old town. In between you can find a cinema on the other side of the park and lots of shops and bistrots to choose from. The staff is professional and will help guide you to usual tourist destinations or assist you to get a drink in the evening in their small bar area. The lobby, breakfast room and rooms are modernized. The rooms seem ample for EU standards. I didn’t have breakfast there but it’s 12 euros as of March 2025. I’d definitely return if I’m in town again. Many thanks to Marie for her help at the front desk during our visit. Do visit the lake if you have time. We walked along the lake to the edge of the town of Sevrier and enjoyed the change in mountain vistas as we got further from Annecy.

The hotel was lovely to look at. The bed was perfect. The bathroom was new clean and modern. The shower had good hot water flow. The amenities were wonderful. For example there was hot coffee choices or tea every afternoon, with cookies. Each hotel employee was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again if in Annecy.

We are so pleased that we have chose Allobroges Park Hotel to stay while we travel to Annecy. We coming in with our rental car and the parking availability in this near center of the ancient town is one of the best things about this hotel. Morning breakfast are included and food was good and all staff were very friendly and helpful ! We were very impressed and happy with our stay !

The lobby had a modern feel and it was a theme that ran through the public spaces of the hotel. Staff were busy yet were highly motivated to engage customers and greet them, although they were fully involved in serving others. Very good customer service.

Great stay!

We had a great stay, beautiful spacious Superior room that was soundproofed and very comfortable! They offer free coffee/tea and pastries between certain hours so make sure you take advantage and the undercover parking was great and very secure.
