Très bonne situation

Appartement très propre et fonctionnel (pas mal d’équipement dans la cuisine), l’emplacement est à seulement 15 min de marche de la vieille ville et ça en marchant le long du lac, des vélos sont de plus disponibles ce qui est fort agréable avec ce lac où il y a beaucoup de pistes cyclables. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Annecy. Le logement est très bien situé, proche du lac et des activé et le vieux Annecy est à 5 minutes à vélo. Le propriétaire est très avenant. Nous recommandons cette location.

A proximité du lac d'Annecy

Logement très propre situé à proximité du lac d'Annecy et de la plage d'Albigny. Par contre, le bruit lié à la proximité d'une avenue fréquentée peut gêner la nuit. Claude est très réactif. Attention à prendre draps et serviettes de bains qui ne sont pas fournis.

Location propre dans résidence calme,à proximité du lac et à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre ville. Bon rapport/qualité prix.' Nous sommes satisfait de notre semaine de vacances à Annecy et de ses environs avec toute ces vues magnifique et grandiose.... Il y'a bcp d'activités sportifs à proximités comme le vélo, du Pédalo, de la randonnée..... ..
