Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, on the 2nd floor with elevator and two cars with its own garage and private parking space outside

The first bedroom has a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size), the second of 2 beds forming a bed of 160x200 cm (King Size) and finally the living room of a sofa bed for two people.
You can enjoy the terrace of the apartment after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, very high speed wifi (fiber connection), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay:
- Nespresso coffee machine,
- squeegeer
- dishwasher
- Board games;
- umbrella bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a washing machine and the toilet are separated.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

The lake is a 15 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

The apartment was good, as described in the listing and clean, neat and tidy. The location was great, not right in the town so not noisy but a few minutes walk to the big shopping centre and from there on to the lake and the old town. We drove from the UK so the parking was essential and there was a space in the garage underneath the building but we ended up parking in the visitors spaces behind as we have a big car. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed, and it was comfortable as well. The only slight negative was a bit of a drainy smell on arrival as though everything had sat without being used for a bit, but we opened the windows and it was fine. There was a bit of a lingering smell in the toilet but nothing too bad. The equipment in the apartment was all good, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer etc, all worked well. Overall we were very happy with our week in Annecy.
