Located a few steps from the lake, on the ground floor of a detached house, you will appreciate the comfort of this 1-bedroom apartment of about 55 sq.m. which sleeps 5 (2 double beds, 1 sofa bed) and a baby bed, a nice living space and a private terrace. Close to all the shops and the old town of Annecy.

Quiet, perfect apartment, close to lake

My wife, my son (7 year old) and I stayed here for a week. It was a perfect quiet location, and with our bikes and easy pedal to the lake, to the old town, and to the SRVA sailing school for our son. The apartment is very neat, clean, modern kitchen, and in a safe/secure location with gate. The beds were super comfortable, and it was great to have a patio to eat outdoors. There is a bakery around the corner, and a grocery store within about 1 km. The owners were very responsive and friendly and always available to answer a question.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche. Die Lage ist gut, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom See entfernt, in die Altstadt sind es ca. 20-25 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen.
