First-class vacation home overlooking the fish-rich Lake Kösen, which you can see glittering between the trees. Enjoy the spicy air outdoors on the large, partially covered terrace, which frames almost the entire vacation home. A cozy fireplace awaits you in the living room with an open roof design. The bathroom is exclusive and equipped with a 1-person whirlpool, a sauna and underfloor heating. An outdoor hot tub is at your disposal throughout the year. It is about 200 m to your own boat and jetty, due to lack of space you can neither bring your own boat, nor rent another boat. Excursions: Moose parks in Elinge and Laganland, Älmhuslt Ikeamuseum and golf course, Langans golf course, Halmstads beach 65 km, Båstad at 95 km. Die Lage ist wirklich TOP, der Rest...

Wir sind seit mehr als 10 Jahren Schweden Fans und haben bereits diverse Ferienhäuser gebucht und bewohnt. Hier haben wir leider nicht das vorgefunden, was wir in Schwedischen Häusern lieben und schätzen. Das Haus ist abgenutzt, keine liebevolle Hand ist hier zu spüren. Vieles muss dringend renoviert und erneuert werden. Dafür hängen überall die einfolierten Plakate in mehrfacher Ausführung was man alles machen darf oder nicht darf oder auch muss. Es mag für einen oder anderen Gast hilfreich sein, uns hat es einfach gestört, weil wir es anders kennen. Das Boot war in so einem Zustand... so was darf man normalerweise gar nicht zur Verfügung stellen bzw. vermieten. Na ja echt schade. Wir haben uns trotzdem mit den Zuständen abgefunden und unseren Urlaub genossen. Die Lage ist halt TOP und die schöne Natur hat alles gerettet :-) Derjenige, der keinen besonderen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Liebe legt, kann gerne das Haus buchen. Wir haben bereits ein anderes Haus für das nächste Jahr gebucht.
