Room was dirty, door was bent and did not seal at bottom probably due to it being so bent that the bottom hinge was missing. Floor was filthy and had not been swept or mopped. Had to wipe the bottoms of my feet off after walking from shower to the bed. Multiple holes in ceiling and walls. Fire alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it. Television did not work. Bathroom floor had plastic wrappers from previous guests soap bars (at least they were clean) and hair indicating it had not been swept or mopped. Toilet barely flushed. I think the bed sheets had been changed out but really not certain but at least the towels were clean. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 1 and will not ever stay here again and would highly recommend others to inspect the room prior to staying overnight.

Did not have breakfast there...Room was smelly and reported it..i was given a tree freshener to put in the room...Bathroom tub was dirty on the tub floor, several light bulbs were out...would not recommend staying there ....

We shortened our stay from three nights to two after realizing the situation at the hotel. Abilene is currently building a large AI center, and many of the workers appear to be living in hotels long-term. The grills set up under the outdoor stairwells and the large number of empty beer bottles confirmed that. Finding bugs in our rooms added to our concerns, which ultimately led us to leave early. Only giving a “poor" rating feels generous under the circumstances.

The room was not clean and there were bugs in the room. There were people outside drinking and smoking until late hours. I didn't feel safe at all traveling alone and staying there. Barely slept, and left as early as possible.
