Seaview Steading is a beautifully finished steading conversion close to the coastal villages of Crail and Kingsbarns. Accommodating up to six guests over three bedrooms, this two level home is a spacious and relaxing retreat where you can get away from it all yet be close to the many local attractions of this popular area.
Part of an exclusive development of just six houses, Seaview Steading commands views over fields to the sea, giving the best of countryside and coastal location.

From the minute you step into the hallway with its double height ceiling, wooden flooring and striking staircase, the quality and character of the property is evident. The large lounge is a comfortable place to relax, with a range of seating and large picture window looking out over the central courtyard. The fully fitted kitchen has all the amenities expected of a self catering property and offers additional access onto the large lawned garden. The dining area flows from the kitchen with the table perfectly situated by the arched window which fills the wall. There is a WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has countryside views as well as fitted storage and an en-suite shower room. There is a further double room and a third bedroom which can be arranged as a single or twin as required. A family bathroom with shower over the bath is also on this level.
The enclosed outdoor space is perfect for kids to play or for enjoying some evening sun, with plenty room for all the family to get together for a barbecue too.
Parking for two vehicles is provided at the property.
