We spent a calm vacation, the place is clean and security everywhere and that’s good However, several points that are worth mentioning as it made our vacation way too below the expectations. First there are no kids playground not even a slide, as for the kids entertainment section it has nothing inside maybe just paint no activities or toys and if you want your kid to paint you have to pay extras everything is extra charge only a swimming pool with linited slides. Second the food is not so appealing same dishes unlike the other resorts that we have stayed at plus the food is not that of good taste or quality. Third the stuff is rude, as per our previous stays at other places staff always welcome you and smile, at this place whenever i order something they start mocking in turkish between them or be so rude Forth the room is too small for 4 people and the extra bed they gave for my kid was just a trash as the iron base was out of everywhere and non of us could even sit on it Compared to the facilities listed on there page, i found that it wasn’t true at least for my kids they got bored and didn’t enjoyed even there were basically only dj at night not daily theater schedule

The hotel, including the room, was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The variety of the food was ok, but the quality could be better. The pool area is usually very crowded and it is hard to find available sunbeds, so you need to get up eary and reserve some for the day before the breakfast. There are some safety issues with the slides at the pool area, especially kids don't follow the rules and cause safety hazard.

We enjoyed our stay here, however found that there was some extra charges especially in the kids play section where kids would see the items and want it. The hotel worked in euro mostly, even when asked to change the charges from euro to lira it was ignored. Otherwise we had a good time.

A very good all inclusive hotel which is ideal for the.families with children which we enjoyed very much. However our honest suggestion is for the hotel to have the water slides open for a bit longer as the opening hours are just too short for a long day. The buffet meals are of wide range but it would be good if the names of all the dishes are displayed as we had to guess what most of the dishes were. Finally none of the a la carte restaurants were open during our stay which was bit disappointing as we were looking forward to try them in one of the evenings and there was no notices as to why they were closed. Regardless we had a great time at Aydinbey Queen's Palace and if the above suggestions are taken into account it will definitely be a flawless place to stay and enjoy with the family!

The hotel being in renovation they sent us to a 5 start Greenmax hotel, it is written 5” but it was a dirty 2*, they did not pay the hotel until 3 hours after I arrived and made me wait for confirmation after the hotel paid! Zero acknowledgement or excuses and showed a very lousy image of Turkey.. the bathrooms are cracked and dirty, the balconies are cracked enough to see the steel, there is absence of working wifi and despite the nice idea of the full formula hotel, it is really badly managed as the “smile” is missing!

Water slide was open very limited hours and my son picked this property for the slides. Meals are ok but no english titles for the food - we pate a lot of chicken. Lines were very long. They would only give us 1 key to the hotel. Property was okay but wouldn't stay there again.

Staying with little children at this hotel was incredibly easy. I highly recommend it for families, as they even have dedicated food sections for kids and vegetarians. The swimming pool is a good size, though I wish the slides were open longer, as we didn't get enough time to enjoy them. There was a great variety of food available every day, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.
