The coldness of the bar fridge was not good. The toilet seat was broken. The water took long to heat up to take a shower. The power was off for about 10 minutes. Luckily all of us was in our rooms at the time. However, the staff was vert friendly and helpful.

We stayed there 3 nights and had to change rooms 3 times due to bed bugs, aircon not working and beds dirty. Place is not very clean and breakfast is decent. At least staff is helpful in changing rooms

I did enjoy my stay at this hotel mainly because of the front desk young lady. 😃 Nazli was so very helpful & personable and that made the stay really wonderful. I must also add that I’m really appreciating they have an elevator!

Diamond Luxury Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, elegance, and top-tier service. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall experience is polished and relaxing. I would gladly recommend it for both business and upscale leisure stays, all reception staff are very welcoming and provided a decent service.

Nazli was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and local attractions, providing fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our requests was impressive. Even when we had questions about my booking, she handled everything with ease and professionalism, ensuring we felt valued as a guest. Not only did Nazli's friendly demeanor make the check-in process smooth, but she also checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the guests and the overall experience they have at the hotel. If you’re planning a trip to Antalya, I highly recommend staying at the Diamond Luxury Hotel. The room was so dirty there were hair on bed, pillows and even in the wardrobe, there was no hand wash and toilet tissues. The receptionist lady was polite and the other guy who was shadowing her, was too rude when I complained about the room.
