One of the best resorts that I have been there. The entertainment team was so amazing they are super kind, energetic and friendly. The bar staff were incredibly professional and respectful. Foods were very delicious and varied. They let us stay and use the facilities even after check out because our flights were late afternoon and it was so convenient for us. Best hosting ever. Highly recommended. Just it's better to know that this is a family resort and you would see so many kids.

Every thing was good but the most of foods was taste less , the shown in arena was same all was about acrobatic shows which first and last was good because all was same , the staff in pool bar which were supposed to entertain us(from10-12) was’t friendly enough. Good points was people Working at the restaurant they were friendly and hard working so dose the other workers in hotel, pools was perfect also the water park . There was a small problem in rooms which they weren’t soundproof . As summary royal seginus got 17 out of 20 which was acceptable.

Everything was nice. The activity at night, the pools, the water activity, and the see side. But I just have two issue I wish if they can solve it. The first one I hope if they can review the time of the water falls and make it up to 6:30pm. And the second issue I hope they can provide some snacks at the room like chocolate and chips. Over all I will come back to the hotel next year.

It was acceptable The biggest problem that we book a standard room and get an handicapped room Then they do not come to clean the room except once even we call them and call the reciption A ot of people and the fast food open only for 2 hours Specially ice cream in hot weather
