IN THE BALNEARY CITY OF ANTIBES
In one of the most beautiful residences of Antibes with its two swimming pools, two tennis courts, table tennis and petanque, beautiful 2 rooms, completely redone (paint, parquet, kitchen, bathroom , Toilet, home furnishing ... everything is new).
EQUIPMENT
The 2 pieces is composed as follows:
- A 6m2 terrace with barbecue and an outdoor table and 4 chairs;
- A living room with American kitchen consists of:
- A sofa bed for 2,
- 82cm LCD TV
- an internet box (WIFI and unlimited internet included!)
- a table and 4 chairs;
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, hotplates, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker ...);
- an entrance with a large cupboard of 2m long for storage;
- a separate WC;
- a bathroom with large shower, a washbasin, a towel dryer;
- a separate bedroom with a double bed 140cm * 190cm and 2 bedside tables; and
- a private parking.
SITUATION
10mn walk from the beach (pebble beach).
5 minutes walk: small commercial area with bakery, post office, bank, primeur, small casino ...
5 minutes walk: restaurants (pizzeria, best restaurant Antibes burgers ...)
Shuttle to downtown and station every 1 / 2h. BUS N ° 200: for 1 € it serves the coast of Cannes in Nice.
Nice airport at 13km. Cannes at 10km. Sophia Antipolis at 10 km. Monaco 45km.
