With a surface area of 36 m², this rental consists of:

- a light-filled living area with a charming living room and dining room,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed
- a single sofa bed for a third guest,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning,
- radiators, smoke detector, hangers, climate control.

The accommodation does not have private parking.

After 10 p.m., noise disturbances are no longer accepted.

A management fee of €396 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: $25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: $44

You will also be charged a Swikly service fee when your deposit is validated.
