Super Family Holiday

Location, Location, Location. A lovely 3 floored apartment in the heart of beautiful Antibes Old town. Great facilities with lots of room to relax & enjoy this modern 3 bedroom apartment. I wish I was still there!!! Our host Alain was superb & always available when needed, thank you Alain.

A dream in Antibes

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in this fantastic townhouse. The house itself is beautifully decorated and well equipped. There was plenty of space for all of us and it could easily cater for bigger groups. As we chose not to hire a car the property was ideal as its within walking distance of everything; the train and bus station, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. It’s a luxury to have outdoor space in the centre of town and we enjoyed our meals and evening drinks there. Alain our host could not have been more helpful with his prompt responses and his wonderful warm welcome – nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend his wonderful property and hope to get back soon ourselves.

Loved, loved our stay in Antibes!! Apartment location was excellent! Just a short walk to multiple fabulous restaurants… the food was amazing. Beach a short walk and lovely. Alain and his son David couldn’t have been nicer and helpful. Thanks David for the Cafe Kantor recommendation..best dinner so far!

Superb Location in Antibes Centre

We liked the central location, the property presented well internally and was well equipped. A BBQ was listed but there wasn't one. There were a number of maintenance issues, the main one Alain addressed. Our main issue was the beds which were minimum size and impacted our ability to get a good night's sleep. Alain indicated he would be changing them.

Perfect stay in Antibes!

I had the most delightful experience staying at this VRBO in Antibes, France. The house was just the perfect size for my family, and its ideal location added a touch of magic to our vacation. Great time in Old Antibes

We chose Old Antibes because we wanted to be located somewhere between Cannes and Nice/Monaco. We didn’t realize this VRBO was located in the Martyrs of the Revolution Matket Square. This was a pleasant surprise. The living room overlooks the plaza, creating a nice ambiance. Our host, Allan, was fantastic. He was very, very responsive and friendly and took care of all our needs. The house is 3 floors and had an AC unit in each room (plus one in the living room). The inside is beautiful inside. We’d definitely stay here again if we ever return to Antibes.

Super Wohnung. Ruhig im Zentrum. Vermieter sehr herzlich.

Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenem und einem Jugendlichen herrlich viel Platz. Ausgezeichnete geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage, alle Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da sehr gute Fenster, die den Lärm aussperren. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und herzlich, war immer erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht und würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Antibes, aber trotzdem relativ ruhig. Viel Platz auf 3 Stockwerken. Der Eingang ist auf der Rückseite des Hauses in einer engen Gasse. Eine Zufahrt mit dem Auto zum Haus ist nicht möglich. Zum Be-Entladen haben wir unser Auto im Parkhaus La Poste zwischengeparkt (45 Minuten waren kostenlos) und haben es dann am Ortsausgang hinter dem Hafen auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz abgestellt. Weg zu Fuss etwa 20 Minuten. Schöner kleiner Sandstrand beim Hafen zu Fuss gut erreichbar (Plage de la gravette). Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten täglicher Markt Marche provencal, mehrere Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Fischhändler, kleinere Supermärkte in direkter Umgebung. Viele Restaurants. Wir haben das Auto nur für unsere Ausflüge benötigt. Teile der Möbelierung / Ausstattung sind abgenutzt und sollten erneuert werden.

Antibes at its best!

We had a very beautiful stay. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything as described. Keep in mind that the bedrooms are only accessible by stairs and the bedroom with the window to the marketplace is a little bit louder than the others - as described in the expose - you are in a city centre and have some people around. Many shopping opportunities nearby. Arriving by car, take into account that you will have to park in the Marina area - Parkings on holidays are free and on normal days only between 9-12h and 14-18h you have to pay for them. The 24/7 Car Parks are very expensive in that area. For us it was perfect stay. Visiting the Picasso Museum and Le Marche Provencale is a must. We enjoyed the apartment.
