the hosts, Christine and Michel, were most welcoming. Michel went out of his way to help us when we had problems with our rental car. He came to pick us up at the train station when the rental agency closed before we arrived owing to the late arrival of the train. He even stopped at the supermarket so that we could buy the essentials for breakfast. On the following day, he drove us downtown to the rental agency.This well-maintained property in the hills of Antibes is a haven of peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Antibes. We highly recommend this place. Note that a car is essential to go to the beautiful beaches of Le Cap d'Antibes and Juan les Pins.

Great sanctuary

Peaceful haven tucked away in the hills. Secluded garden with sun and shade all day. Great spot from which to explore the area on foot, bus or train. Shared pool with owners who were kind and hospitable and friendly. A very enjoyable stay with all we needed.

Once in a lifetime experience!

Michel treated me upon arrival even though it was midnight! It’s the most cozy adorable cottage you have ever seen! He supplied lots of maps and really helpful local information. I felt so safe I never locked my door. His wife made me home maid peach jam ! What a treat I ate all of it ! I was able to travel all the way to St. Tropez and back in one day. Also I went all the way to Italy and back in one day. I’d recommend the bus/train pass for $50 for seven days. One of the most inexpensive vacations I’ve ever taken and I was on the French Riviera for 10 days!!!

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr angenehm und rundum positiv. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet – ideal zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage und dennoch gute Erreichbarkeit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugszielen.Der Eigentümer wohnt mit im Haus, war aber stets diskret, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen stand er jederzeit zur Verfügung, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Es war schön, einen so aufmerksamen und gleichzeitig zurückhaltenden Gastgeber zu haben.Insgesamt war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, den ich jederzeit wiederholen würde. Die Ferienwohnung kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Toller Urlaub in traumhafter Gegend

In der Nebensaison absolut empfehlenswert. Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück im Garten ist ein Traum.Die Wohnung ist für große Menschen allerdings bedingt geeignet, da das Schlafzimmer auf einer Empore liegt und die Deckenhöhe dort bei ca. 1,60 Meter liegt. Ansonsten wirklich alles top.

Une parenthèse enchantée

Un très joli logement, très fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, propre et clair, situé dans une propriété magnifique. Calme, le jardin est arboré, fleuri, très bien entretenu. On peut profiter des aménagements extérieurs (barbecue, piscine, transats) et nos hôtes sont très agréables, à l'écoute et font tout pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréables et nous donner envie de revenir. Il nous tarde de revenir dans ce petit havre de paix. Antibes est une ville magnifique et ses environs sont tout simplement enchanteurs, avec une multitude d'activités et d'endroits à découvrir.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde die gesamte Wohnung gezeigt. Alle Geräte erläutert. Für fragen stand der Vermieter immer bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag kann man sich in der Wohnung oder in Garten gut erholen.

Een prettig verblijf in een prettige accommodatie.

Mijn partner en ik hebben 14 fijne vakantiedagen gehad in dit appartement. Het weer was aan de mindere kant. Michel was een aardige en behulpzame man. De tuin was een paradijsje, hoewel het niet de bedoeling was dat we van de ligbedden bij het zwembad gebruik maakten. Binnen was er een trap naar een vide waar een vrij smal bed met een harde matras stond, geen slaapkamer dus. Dat vermeldt de advertentie niet. Voor niet al te mobiele mensen geen aanrader. Op de begane grond is het o.k. De badkamer vereist wel enige vernieuwing.

Erholsamer und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub

Wir hatte einen erholsamen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Garten mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern.Von unserem Domizil konnten wir viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen.Auch schöne Sandstrände waren mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gut weiter empfehlen.

Annex to Villa in Antibes

We had a wonderful stay with Michel and his wife. They are the owners of the villa and were very welcoming and gave us all the important information we needed getting around in Antibes and Côte d’Azur. Because we were busy with a French language course the first two weeks we only had little time to enjoy the nice garden of the house and the pool. Overall a wonderful place with nice people and a well furnished Annex. You have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay.

Urlaub in Antibes

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Michel als Vermieter war einfach klasse. Er ist sehr um seine Mieter bemüht und hat sich am Anfang sehr viel Zeit genommen und uns Ausflugstipps in der Umgebung gegeben. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Haus recht weit vom Meer entfernt ist. Hier ist man entweder aufs Auto oder wie in unserem Fall auf Fahrräder angewiesen, das es neben der Entfernung auch auf einem Berg liegt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man aber in gut 10 Minuten unten am Wasser

Nice, clean and complete apartment. Beautifully situated, with opportunity to sit outside. Beautiful environment. The owner is very hospitable and attentive. Small bed, but there is sofa bed available.

Joli, paisible et sympathique

Très bien accueillis, nous avons passé un séjour agréable et sympathique en petite famille. Les jolis jardin et piscine permettent de se ressourcer. Michel et Christine ont été aux petits soins avec beaucoup de discrétion.
