Great Clean Place Close to Beach and Pool

We were very happy with our stay. Family of four, including 2yo and 6mo. Right next to beach, huge pool, and very safe area. Stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the location. Train is very close by and host has parking spot. Host was very nice!

15 jours de vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un bel appartement bien équipé et climatisé. Le garage en sous-sol est un gros plus. Tout est conforme à l annonce. Merci à Yves (propriétaire) et à sa maman pour leur accueil gentillesse,et leur conseil pour le séjour. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

Sehr nah am Strand, phantastischer Blick über das Mittelmeer und das Cap de Antibrs

Sehr netter und engagierter Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit, sehr zuvorkommend, sehr gute erreichbar, tolle Anlage, nur wenige Schritte zum Meer, nah an der Stadt, großer Pool auf der Anlage, wahnsinniger Blick über das gesamte Cap de Antibes, Blick auf das Mittelmeer, sämtliche Yachten, gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Traumhafte Wohnung an traumhaftem Ort

Wir verbrachten einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer abgegrenzten und mit vielen Sicherheitsmerkmalen ausgestatteten, gepflegten Wohnanlage. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, eine Toilette, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, zwei ausreichend große Schlafzimmer mit 140er Betten, zudem ein Sofa und TV im Wohnzimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Vom großen Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Es befindet sich eine Bahnlinie vor dem Strand, doch fahren die Züge meist unmerklich und leise. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt, er ist ausreichend groß, um auch Bahnen ziehen zu können. Ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich fußläufig in 10 Minuten Entfernung (Super-U). Zum Appartement gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Garagentor. Der unbestuhlte Strand ist in ein paar Minuten schnell erreicht und zu unserer Reisezeit Ende August, Anfang September, auch nicht zu sehr überlaufen. Der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich und erklärte bei Ankunft alles sehr genau und war immer für alle Fragen offen. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir mit guten Reisetipps per Whatsäpp verwöhnt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt um die Cote d Azur zu erkunden. Man ist sehr schnell im wundervollen Zentrum von Antibes, in Nizza, in Monaco, in Cannes oder auch in Grasse, dem berühmten Parfumzentrum. Vielen herzlichen Dank Yves für das Ermöglichen eines so schönen Urlaubes.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement : propre, spacieux , piscine plage et vue magnifique sur la mer. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, il répond très rapidement et donne des conseils de visite de la région. Nous conseillons fortement cette location.
