Top Lage

Die Lage war Top , der Ausblick war Top. Die Wohnung war sehr muffelig und hygienisch auf dem untersten Level . Für Familien mit Kleinkindern schon nicht in Ordnung. Man muss zwei mal am Tag das Wasser von der Klimaanlage leeren. Wenn die Wohnung instand gehalten wird ist es ne topadresse , und wenn eine ordentliche reinigungskraft die Wohnung nach jedem Besuch die Wohnung reinigt hätte ich nix auszusetzen. Die Lage und der Ausblick macht vieles wieder gut.

Très jolie vue

Appartement sympathiques dans résidence calme avec vue sur la mer. Pas tres loin des commerces et magasin et a 100 mètres de la plage. Le seul pont negatif a été la propreté de l'appartement à l'arrivée pas très nickel selon moi, et une odeur pas tres agréable de renfermé. Sinon très bonne semaine.

Belle vue sur la mer

Nous avons passé 15 jours sur place au mois d’août. L’appartement n’est pas grand mais fonctionnel avec un balcon de taille correct qui permet de manger à l’extérieur. Malheureusement il n’y a pas de store ce qui rend les repas du soir peu agréables à cause du fort ensoleillement. L’appartement n’est pas équipé de climatisation mais d’un seul ventilateur ce qui n’est pas du tout suffisant pour la chaleur estivale. Concernant la communication avec le propriétaire , nous avons été surpris de n’avoir pas reçu d’appel de sa part pour se soucier de la quantité de notre séjour dans son logement.

Location appartement a Juan les pins

Vue sur la mer.. garage fermé... Appartement situé à la sortie de Juan les pins en direction du golf de Juan... Je recommande cet appartement très propre. Pas de wifi ni climatisation...
