Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet

Outside :
- A west facing balcony of 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Antibes, in a very pleasant environment in the heart of the Golden Square of Juan Les Pins. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
