The place is good for one night. It is very loud, and you can hear everything. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Great stay but...

Honestly for its price it was pretty good! The customer service was amazing! When i asked if they had a tour to go to the volcano, they called an agency for us and even got us our tickets! Although everything was great i wish i could say the same thing about the beds. They were so hard i thought i was sleeping on a table, but i guess for its price i cant complain.

Limited comfort.

Rooms appear as advertised, location is great. Yet note there is no table, inside or outside, not even in the open hallway, in the common courtyard or in the onsite vegetarian restaurant, for instance to enjoy your own breakfast (there is no breakfast available, but there are two bakeries at other side of the road). First floor rooms suffer from very loud music from nearby establishment until midnight. Ground floor rooms suffer from the doorbell plus any conversation at reception. Owners refused flat out to temporarily safeguard luggage when we checked out. Overall this hotel has a tremendous potential, but seems not ready to target the international traveller despite the somewhat higher price range.
