The place was ok, but we booked a room for 3 days, but we didn't need to stay the 3 nights ..We stayed 2 nights and the hotel wouldn't give us a refund for the third day or not even a vocher for that day, so i am disappointed in this hotel's policies...

If you are looking for a great hotel in Antigua this is the best option at a great price. Great breakfast buffet (paid), clean modern rooms and transportation available to the airport or lake atitlan at competitive prices 100% would recommend.

Lindo hotel, acogedor, limpio, buen servicio, pero a 5 cuadras del centro de Antigua, no ideal si viajas con adultos mayores. Pueden mejorar: - los cordones del ventilador estaban cortados - el televisor no estaba bien configurado - remodelaciones desde muy temprano en el lobby que impedían dormir bien - las cajas de seguridad no están sujetas al mobiliario o a las paredes

Horrible, do not waste your money. There was a dead cockroach in our bathroom. And a construction started at 7 am which did not let us sleep. The A/C turned off at 6 am and did not work for the rest of the morning. It was a bad experience, when talking to front desk they did not care and didn't even apologize for the horrible night.
