We set up airport transfer with Andrea but driver never arrived. He told us that he did NOT receive the request from Andrea. We contacted her and never received a reply and so got an Uber but since it was our first time in Guatemala this was very stressful! Room was NOT as pictured (no tub) and was very noisy with people dining/talking directly outside our window and at nearby front desk. Shower did not drain well. I requested water several times but did not receive. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast and location was good. Overall experience was not good and I would not stay here again!

I absolutely loved this hotel! I spent two nights here for an extremely affordable price! The staff was very lovely, the bed was huge, room was always cleaned and well maintained throughout the day. I enjoyed the free breakfast, the ambiance and the location. It was located in an extremely walkable area. Hotel was a 10/10!

Property was in a great location, very clean with great service and the staff was great. I didnt eat at the restaurant but ordered room service and this would be the only area i would suggest an improvement for this property...the food lacked flavor, size and presentation

There's no parking in the property and you have to pay for it, the room that I had reserved did not have air conditioning, the room that was stayed in the bathroom it's real small, the staircase going up to the second floor where the bed and the bathroom is a real small,

The gardens and sitting areas around the property were amazing and super quiet. The shower in the bathroom was very nice, especially after a long day of traveling. The staff were also super friendly. At around 9 o'clock at night someone started setting off fireworks over the hotel which paired with the live music in the courtyard made falling asleep relatively hard. We got the 'superior room 1 king bed' which was supposed to come with free bottled water but when we asked for bottled water they charged us extra.

The service is incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the location is in the center of everything. The design of the lofts is interesting and well decorated, but might difficult for the elderly. The wifi is weak, but everything else was absolutely great

The property manager was terrible. We were charged 90$ extra for a room without air conditioning and street noise. After a lot of pleading, we ended up in the room we had paid for. Not a good experirnce

The service was the the worse. Had to ask for things many times. The room was warm and with no ventilation and no AC. The room was also very noisy. The hotel is addicted to noise. We got there at 9 pm and they had the music blasting on the patio until after 10pm. The other guests that came back apparently drunk were scremaing on the halls and no one asked them to be quiet at 2 or 3 am. After a bad night sleep… the restaurant service started smacking coffe cups on the patio tables at 6:05am!!! If that was not enough, on a saturday morning the service and it people were installing some cables and internet stuff, they were smacking their ladders against every single wall and roof of the property! The cherry on tof of the sundae: music blasting from the speakers at 11am on the courtyard/patio AGAIN!!!!
