My stay at Nico Hotel was deeply disappointing and unsafe. I discovered visible mold in my room, which is a serious health concern. I reached out to the hotel twice — once through Expedia and once directly through WhatsApp — and provided clear photo evidence both times. Despite this, I received no meaningful response, no resolution, and no acknowledgment of the issue.
The lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable. Mold is not a minor inconvenience; it’s a sign of poor maintenance and poses real health risks. I requested a full refund due to the conditions, but the hotel never addressed my inquiry.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. Guests deserve clean rooms and responsive management, and unfortunately, Nico Hotel did not provide either.
