This villa is in a hilly area of Caleta de Fuste. Please bear this in mind. To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 6 steps. You can also access the villa via the car port, which is 240cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The  terrace is open-plan and flat, whilst the terrace from the lounge to the patio area is 380cm wide. The pool itself has step access. The pool is in a gated part of the garden, the gate width is 86cm wide. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
