Couldn't make the trip, didn't get refunded for the cleaning fee

Came to town for a fishing trip. Our guide had to change our dates due to the weather. This was after the deadline to change the reservation (which is on us, I know) and Tamara was unwilling to work with us to push the dates to the following year, so we wasted 600. What was frustrating was that she didn't reimburse us for the cleaning fee even though no one stayed at the house.
