My friend and I tried to get an early check in around 1pm. He was able to get a room and I was not. They requested I come back after three. Not a problem at all since there were plenty of places to check out around the area. I came back around 6 pm to check in again and still had to wait about 15 minutes at the front desk for them to check if a room is even available. This is the strangest thing ever. They should have had this set up especially since I had already given them all information they needed five hours prior and was asked to come back after 3pm. Girl at the front desk was also a bit dismissive - at least be courteous and politely give me an update. The bed was comfortable but the rooms were very old and dated. The shower door did not shut completely so whenever I showered, water dripped down across the bathroom floor and made an absolute mess. The floor was not the cleanest either - lots of scratches on the wood floors. For a “5 star” facility, I just expected a bit more from the rooms and the staff.

This review is about room 1117. We liked the location, the mountains view and the walkable distance to restaurants and a supermarket. We didn’t like that the room didn’t have a mini fridge. Coffee station nowhere near a plug in. There was not electrical receptive on the other side of the bed. The bathroom sink only had hot water. Cold water lever only dribbled cold water Entry door had a larger gap letting in hallway light and noise! Also had to place many call attempts to connect with front desk with requests. We ordered a club sandwich to the room and it was disgusting! French fried were cold and no condiments were included. We aren’t coming back to this hotel and I won’t recommend it to my colleagues and friends. Very disappointed!

Older hotel but clean and comfortable

Older hotel but in good condition. Clean and comfortable rooms. Noisy hallway and rooms next door. Had to ask multiple times for pool service. Can't understand why they don't come around more often to take orders at the pool. Towels everywhere as well and not being picked up.
