Upon entering through the double lock-up garage, you'll find yourself in a well-designed space with two bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with a large bath, leading seamlessly into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas.
The galley kitchen boasts a solid island bench with bar stools, an electric cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, and a large fridge with an ice maker. The walk-in pantry is equipped with a microwave, and the kitchen is stocked with essential cooking utensils and appliances, including a Sunbeam Barista Max espresso machine that accommodates both coffee beans and ground coffee. A sliding door opens to an undercover deck with a BBQ and a bar bench with bar stools, perfect for enjoying the view while socializing with the chef.
