Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Passo del Tonale 44 km, Bormio 53 km, Livigno 89 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Iseo 67 km. Hiking paths: Lago Palabione, Pian di Gembro, Laghetto delle Rane. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
