Ambiente com aparência de abandonado, piscina suja e sem manutenção. Nos quartos não tinha toalha, tive que pegar na recepção, o recepcionista foi pegar a toalha de corpo que estava estendida no varal e disse que não tinha toalha de mão, acento do vaso sanitário quebrado. Quando tomava banho a água sai para fora do box. Lençol manchados. Chão do corredores sujos.

Apenas bem localizado, essas fotos não refletem a atual situação do hotel, está meio abandonado principalmente em relação as fotos apresentadas, tinha cabelo pela cama e papel higiênico pelo menos não estava sujo, no chão próximo a cama, piscina, nem se fala, local de guardar o veiculo, abandonado parecendo canteiro de obra.

Prédio antigo, sujo, visivelmente sem limpeza há algum tempo alem do odor desagradável nas áreas comuns, inclusive refeitório. Café da manhã em local abafado, com paredes necessitando de reparos(infiltrações), alimentos com poucas variedades e falha logística de reposição, além de falta de higiene dos funcionários e falta de atenção dos funcionários com relação à limpeza das mesas. Quartos com varanda para rua extremamente barulhentos, devido ao tráfego de ônibus, motos, entre outros veículos na madrugada e ao amanhecer.
