Tudo de bom confortável localização excelente , pessoal super atencioso, café da manhã muito bom. Só recomendo que o banheiro do segundo quarto do quarto família tenha última cortina que dê maior privacidade ao banheiro.

Escolha pelo melhor quarto não vale o preço

Localização privilegiada, área comum bem preservada e com ambientes rústicos em boas condições. Contudo, a escolha do melhor quarto do hotel não atendeu às expectativas. Chuveiro de baixa qualidade(faltou água nas duas noites, baixa vazão de água, modelo antigo), área externa privativa mal cuidada, piscina aparentemente suja, jardim sem manutenção. Limpezas diárias superficiais.

“Experiência Decepcionante: Conforto e Privacidade

A primeira noite não tínhamos água quente na banheira. Na segunda noite, ficamos sem energia no hotel, e apenas o ar-condicionado funcionava. Além disso, a banheira ficava fora do quarto, o que comprometia a privacidade. Nosso quarto tinha uma porta divisória que conectava a outro quarto, permitindo que pessoas que alugassem os dois quartos juntos se deslocassem facilmente. No entanto, o barulho do quarto ao lado era muito incômodo, já que não havia isolamento acústico. Dessa forma, o quarto não justifica o valor cobrado.

Excelente estadia

Pousada muito bonita com estrutura muito boa, bar , piscina , spa. Café da manhã com várias opções pra uma pousada 3 estrelas. Tb servem um café da tarde. Quarto confortável, com vista, precisando de poucos reparos. Atendimento da equipe excelente. Perto da praia e da Lagoa. Ao lado de um complexo gastronômico. Voltaremos com certeza !
