Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application.

A castle with pools and a beach. Mix of old and new. Good for a 3 star resort. You get what you pay for. Average food and drinks. Entertainment ends at 10pm. No wifi in rooms therefore, no netflix on the tv. So hanging out in your room after the fun can be boring. Taxi is available to and from Fortaleza Airport.

Local muito bom para quem viaja com criança, programações diversificadas, parque aquático espaçoso. Com relação ao horário de encerramento, acho que poderia deixar o funcionamento até as 22h, já que não há opções de entretenimento nas imediações. Um ponto negativo foi a comida que deixou um pouco a desejar.

Ótimo custo benefício com parque aquático

Bom custo benefício. Nada de extraordinário. Mas o parque aquático para crianças e ótimo e faz toda a diferença se comparado ao coliseu que fica próximo. Mas não tem nada de serviço de praia o que foi decepcionante. De resto tudo tranquilo e dentro do previsto.

Não gostei do hotel. Quarto tinha goteira, mosquitos, a comida tinha pouca variedade . No checkout estava chovendo muito, não abriram mão do checkout meio dia, fomos na chuva e ficamos todos com uma péssima impressão do hotel. Não volto mais. A única coisa que se salvou foi o atendimento dos funcionários nos bares.

Passou de estadia mais desejada da viagem para a maior frustração. Íamos ficar 5 dias e ao final do primeiro já queríamos vir embora - mas esperamos até o outro dia pq o hotel fica distante de outras cidades e hotéis. Dependências muito sujas, piscina muito suja, filas pra servir comida no restaurante e no snack bar - completamente diferente do que se postam nas redes - as comidas servidas em potes, mal apresentadas. Um calorão e sem ar condicionado nas áreas de alimentação. Bebedouros com limo, cozinha do bebê com mau cheiro, banheiro sujo. A decepção não foi completa devido a piscina do parque aquático que há no hotel (mas funciona somente até as 16h) e pela cordialidade do gerente, Sr. Holanda que nos auxiliou para não perder completamente o valor investido.

Os espaços comuns estavam um pouco sujos, as variedades de comida e bebida para ser um resort all inclusive eram poucas e de baixa qualidade. Também em questão de conforto na parte da praia não tinha, não tinha nenhum guarda-sol próximo à praia.

Atendimento pessimo, ninguém atende telefone, WhatsApp, Instagram, sinal de fumaça, nada! Comida ruim, principalmente almoço e janta. Piscinas sujas, mal cheiro, baratas no quarto, distância do quarto pro park muito longa. Foi complicado!! Petiscos de baixíssimo nível.
