Hotel bom mas péssimo café da manhã.

Hotel bom e quartos excelentes, porém o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Informamos 3 dias antes sobre restrição alimentar da minha esposa (intolerância à lactose), porém não disponibilizaram nenhuma opção para ela. Avisamos novamente e no dia seguinte disponibilizaram apenas leite sem lactose. Além disso no último dia peguei 3 pacotinhos de manteiga (só tinham sem sal!) que estavam mofados! De forma geral minha estada foi boa mas devem melhorar bastante a estrutura do café da manhã.

Gostei bastante do hotel, recomendo muito para quem for a Araçatuba. Limpo, organizado, bom atendimento e quarto grandes. Infelizmente não aproveitei o lazer, mas a pisicina parece ótima.

Estadia muito boa, porém o hotel mostra sinais de desgaste temporal. Aparelhos eletrônicos antigos e o piso dos quartos não ajudam. Porém o hotel é muito bem localizado, mas as mudanças de mão na pista, não tem ajudado na logística.
