Three-bedroom chalet located in sector F1 on the resort map, 1,600 metres from the village centre and 1,000 metres from the ski lifts. The property features a south-facing terrace with panoramic views over the village.

With a surface area of 70 m², the chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each have a double bed. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two bunk beds (the upper bunks are not suitable for children under 6 years old) and a sofa bed (clic-clac).

The property includes a bathroom and separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, fridge, four gas hobs, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area is fitted with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A washing machine is also available.

For safety reasons, the fireplace must not be used. The chalet is non-smoking and gas-heated.

A neighbouring chalet accommodating up to 10 guests (reference: CHALEN) is also available for group bookings.

Très déçu

La photo présentée sur le site, ne reflète pas la réalité, hormis la superbe vue, la salle très encombrée, avec une table d'1,50m x 0,70m, vraiment beaucoup trop petite pour s’installer à 7 ou 8 personnes !Sur la terrasse, se trouve une table de salon de jardin, mais aucune chaise de disponible, obliger de prendre les chaises intérieures.Logement très "vieillot" et demande une bonne réfection (crépi sale, fauteuil sale, canapé 2 places pas confortable du tout, etc...), il y a de la vieille moquette partout et ce n’est pas sain, beaucoup de vaisselle sale, une assiette et une tasse ébréchées (que nous n’avons pas utilisées car par contre, il y avait ce qu’il fallait au niveau de la vaisselle), le lave-vaisselle très sale également, puisqu’il a fallu nettoyer le filtre avant de l'utiliser (nous avons des photos à l’appui à vous fournir, si vous le souhaitez).Dans la troisième chambre, se trouve un canapé clic-clac et 2 lits superposés (sur lesquels il manque une latte au sommier), ces derniers sont très inconfortables et il n’y a aucun rangement pour entreposer nos affaires.L'accès au logement pas pratique du tout, un chemin de terre en pente, quand il neige, il faut faire très attention à ne pas glisser, les voitures doivent être garées sur un "parking" en terre à 100m et si nous nous arrêtons en haut du chemin pour décharger nos affaires, le véhicule se trouve juste à la sortie d'un virage, pas très sécurisant. Plus assez de place pour tout vous dire.
