Designed to accommodate six guests, the apartment includes a living room with a double sofa bed, a mountain alcove with bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6), and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, and the WC is separate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine is also provided. Heating and hot water are supplied via individual electric systems.
