APPARTEMENT TRES TRES SALE

Grosse déception sur la propreté de l appartement qui etait déplorable, forte odeur de tabac, toilettes qui puent l'urine, bouteilles vides non jetées, tampax et 1 vieille chaussette sous un lit, poussière partout, tiroirs des vêtements sales. Le pire c est que l agence dit qu'ils ont fait le contrôle et que c'est normal, on n'a pas le même sens de la propreté. Et dire que ca me tranquilisait de passer via une agence.... la prochaine directement avec un particulier car aucune valeur ajoutée. Suite à ma plainte on avait négocié qu'ils me rembourserait les 80€ de prestation de menage, cela fait 3 semaines que j attends... alors que pour me faire payer les 200€ de frais de draps serviettes et menage ce fut fait dans la journée !!! Donc je ne recommande pas l'appartement, ni l'agence 44-45, ni la plateforme de réservation qui n'apporte aucune garantie ni voie de réclamation en cas de problème avec l'agence. Je pense que RBNB est plus sérieux sur ce point...
