The food was delicious. The property needs updates especially in the rooms. I had termites in my room. When i told the front desk they just brushed it off. We have photos and videos if needed. They dont have no one serve drinks on the beach. This is the first resort that ive been to that doesn't. The gym equipment was broke or didn’t work.

We enjoyed the all inclusive delicious meals and drinks. We had an oceanview room and they kept our room clean everyday. We had a great time hanging out at the beach everyday. They staff were nice and very accomodating to all our needs. We’ll surely come back and stay at Riu Hotel Nassau, Bahamas again.

Staff is friendly, lots of food choices. Rooms are clean. No bar service at the beach. Bathrooms are a bit far from the beach as well.

The food was outstanding, the service was great. But if you skip room service and call down for fridge refill, you get 1 bottle of water!! And they allowed teenagers where this is supposed to be an adult only facility. That bothered me

I loved the loction of the hotel. The private beach access was awesome. The staff was always helpful and kind. The only thing I will complain about is the room we stayed in was very humid, mattress and pillows were horrible, the buffet was mediocre. Loved the beach though.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had! Room wasn’t cleaned every day! Ran out of toilet paper on 3 different occasions! Refused to provide bottled water to our room several days in a row! Didn’t restock the room refrigerator!! No door latch on door out to our deck! Had to use a chair to hold it closed! Restaurants were far below average with very slim options! Uneaten food left around the pool area! Terrible experience!! Honestly should be a refund for the complete waste of money!!

We enjoyed our time and stay. The staff were attentive and nice. The hotel itself is very rundown. We enjoyed breakfast at the buffet the most but the restaurants weren’t bad. We spent the majority of our time laying at the beach and not at the pools. Chairs and umbrellas were easy to access and available for use.

The room amenities really old and nothing good condition metals around the lamps are rusty the air system is so dirty The room is so wet When the AC is not even on. A lot of stuff to be done in the rooms
