ARCACHON, CITY OF AUTUMN – NEAR THE L’AIGUILLON DISTRICT AND THE BEACH!
On a quiet one-way street, this charming 110 m² Arcachon house, spread over three levels, sleeps up to six.
On the ground floor, an entrance leads to a dining room and a bright, west-facing living room with lovely views of the garden. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, dishwasher) is complemented by a glass-enclosed utility room that opens onto a private passageway to the garden, ideally equipped with storage and a washing machine. A storage cupboard and a separate toilet complete this space.
Upstairs, the landing leads to a first, east-facing bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a closet, as well as a shower room with WC, and a second, north-facing bedroom, lit by a Velux window, also with a double bed (140 cm) and a closet. On the garden level, accessible from the outside, is a master suite comprising a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with a macerator (be careful, ceiling height is limited!).
Outside, a beautiful terrace with furniture and a tree-lined garden, sheltered from view, offer a relaxing west-facing space. This family home, in excellent condition and brimming with local charm with its antique parquet flooring and typical architecture, has electric shutters and Wi-Fi internet access. The location is ideal, with local shops (bakery, cheese maker, delicatessen, etc.) 250 meters away, the beaches 750 meters away, and Arcachon town center 2 kilometers away. Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33).
