large studio 2 at 1st floor in Arcachon house renovated, (rated 3 stars by the Tourism Development Agency Gironde) free WIFI, air conditioning, separate entrance, balcony, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, plates inductions , electric oven ,, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen 80 cm bathroom TNT and foreign channels, double bed room for 2 people, sunshine all day, quiet, towels and sheets provided, drying, parasol, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner. Location 300 meters from the center of the station with its shops and the beach. Free parking in the street. Arrival 15H / to 18H if not prevent the owners we take small dogs let us thank you ( holiday vouchers are accepted)

Poor sleep

Woken every night with security lights coming on and illuminating apartment triggered bt owners cat.No blinds or heavy curtains on windows. The friday night woken by lights and shouting from downstairs where hosts lived.

We were very pleased the property was excellent. The only difficulty we had was in trying to locate the property. It would have been good to have a landmark such as the Dauphine Hotel. The equipment was all very good and the host was very helpful.

Superb flat in an excellent location a few minutes walk from the town centre and the sea !

We enjoyed our stay in Arcachon very much indeed, due in large measure to M. and Mme Freyermuth , our very welcoming and attentive hosts.! The upstairs flat is light and airy and equipped to an exceptionally high standard, designed to provide home from home comfort. The balcony is a welcome feature to relax on in the evening air. We are happy to recommend this apartment thoroughly!

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. L’appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre et très très calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et chaleureux. Il ne manque rien, tout est présent pour passer un séjour tres agréable. C’est merveilleux, je ne peux que faire des éloges. Le seul point qui nous a moins plu, c’est la quantité relativement importante de plastique utilisée lors de la rénovation de cette belle vieille maison dans l’appartement. Mais à part cela, tout était vraiment parfait.100%

Belle prestation proche commerces, plage et transport en commun. Le seul point negatif c est pour stationner la voiture . Pas de place réservée . Mais cela nous permis de passer des vacances sans prendre la voiture ce qui devient un point positif . Martine et Gaston sont charmants toujours de bons conseils .

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à Arcachon.L'appartement est très propre, lumineux et bien équipé.Il se situe dans un quartier calme, près du centre, des commerces, de la gare et de la plage.Les propriétaires Martine et Gaston présents sur place sont très accueillants, discrets mais disponibles en cas de besoin.Si je dois revenir à Arcachon à l'avenir, je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cette location.

Une semaine très agréable dans une maison Typiquement Arcachonnaise, en plein cœur de La ville, mais au calme, pas un bruit. Non loin De toutes les commodités, plages, commerces, Gare…. . Très jolie location en ville d'automne

Un joli appartement entièrement équipé et joliment décoré dans l'esprit arcachonais.
