Very nice accommodation

We stayed in Ai Mulini holiday home for one week in the beginning of July. This was a perfect timing with the garden and pool being in the sun the whole day. We love the Italian Alps and it was very easy to go to different villages from the holiday home. The garden was excellent. Many separate rooms make this perfect for different couples with children. Each room has it's own bathroom. We thank Francesca and Marco

We had a wonderful three-week stay with two young children (3 and 5 years old) and two dogs. The house was as described, was exceptionally well-equipped, and had everything you could need. The highlight was the very friendly and accommodating owners (Francesca and Marco). We had several barbecues with the owners and their friends and family, and a lovely trip to Preda Rossa. The pool was also a highlight; the children spent the whole day in the garden; the scenery with the river and mountains is breathtaking. We would like to thank you again for the wonderful days, the culinary delights, and the warm, friendly atmosphere. We would love to come back!

Watch Out

This property is very misleading compared to the listing. You do not have the house to yourself — the owners live in the basement, and you share both the parking and the property with them. The pool is not near the house but located at the other end, and there is no comfortable living room to relax in. The outdoor furniture has no cushions, the grill is broken, and the nearby road makes it noisy at all times. The place was not properly cleaned, with cobwebs and dust in the corners, and the coffee machine only worked intermittently. The basement bedroom smelled strongly of damp, making it unusable. Overall, this stay was disappointing and far from what was advertised.

We have really enjoyed 3 wonderful days at Ai Mulini Casa di Vacanze. The pool outside and the river in the near vicinity were great to chill out after the hot days we've experienced in Italy. Moreover the kitchen outside located in the backyard with everything you need for a barbecue is worthing any penny.Dear Francesca, thank you for a great time we had in Ardenno. We will definitely visit you again.

Ferienhaus am Bach

Wir haben zu 8 vier wunderschöne Tage in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in den Bergen verbracht. Super ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Der sehr große Garten mit schönem alten Baumbestand, Pool und Zugang zum Bach ist toll. Wir haben auch die Aussenküche mit Kühlschrank Grill, Gasherd und Spülmaschine sehr viel genutzt und hatten Spaß an Tischtennis und Kicker. Francesca lebt mit ihrer Familie im Souterrain des Hauses und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Vielen Dank. Eine Einschränkung gibt es für Menschen die absolute Ruhe suchen, der Bach ist naturgemäß mit Geräuschen verbunden und das Haus liegt an der Straße ins Tal nur damit niemand enttäuscht ist.

Belles vacances en famille

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans un gîte fonctionnel, très bien situé au coeur des montagnes et au calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la rivière et nous amuser dans la piscine tous les jours. La location est bien placé pour des balades à pied ou à vélo dans un cadre montagneux magnifique mais aussi visiter les environs. Notre hôte nous a tres bien accueilli à notre arrivée et était disponible si besoin. Seul petit point, le vis a vis avec la route (bcp de passage) et pas de machine a laver le linge... quand on vient 10 jours et avec des enfants...c'est plus pratique...lol.

Fantastische woning en faciliteiten

In en om de woning ontbreekt het aan niets. Het buitenverblijf en tuin liggen wat van het hoofdverblijf af, maar ook daar is alles voorhanden ( buitenkeuken, vaatwasser, wc, koelvriescombinatie). Ook bij lagere temperaturen is het daar prima te verblijven. Al met al een prachtige locatie!

Fine house on a beautiful spot

Mooi huis, veel ruimte en voorzieningen. Net als veel anderen hebben we buiten geleefd. De buitenkeuken was een feest. Alles is er wel zo'n beetje. Enige wat we gemist hebben en wel zou volstaan bij dit huis is een wasmachine en wasrek. Fijne ontvangst door Francesca. We hebben een goede week gehad.

Gebirgsbach, Pool und italienische Sonne..

..was will man mehr? Das Häuschen liegt direkt an einem Fluss. Für uns die schönste Erfahrung. Abends wenn die Sonne ins Tal gewandert ist, kann man sich noch auf die warmen Steine setzten. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war das Häuschen nahezu perfekt. Die verschiedenen Zugänge zu den Zimmern waren super für unsere unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse als Gruppe ( Erwachsene, Jugendliche und Kleinkinder) Zudem gab es neben dem Pool auch noch Rutsche, Wippe, Babyschaukel und ein Schaukelpferd. Für die Großen gab es eine Tischtennisplatte und Tischkicker. Auch die Outdoorküche ist sicherlich eine super Sache, auch wenn wir sie tatsächlich gar nicht genutzt haben. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Huis voorzien van alle gemakken

Dit huis is voorzien van alle gemakken. Mooi zwembad erbij, volledige buitenkeuken. Echt een aanrader. Het zit wel aan een doorgaande weg en een paar km van het dorpje, maar verder is het een heel prettig huis. Alleen niet zo schoon als thuis helaas. Maar we hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad!

Leuke vakantie gehad aan een riviertje met uitzicht op de bergen!

Leuke locatie, bergen, rivier en zwembad. Ook fijn dat er een buitenkeuken was, zo konden we echt buiten leven. Aanwezig materiaal was eerder beperkt en verouderd (keukengerief, ligstoelen,…).

Sehr schöne Anlage und freundliche Gastgeber

Es waren sehr schöne Tage in Italien. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt mit der Kommunikation. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Tolle Betten, in denen man gut Schlaf findet. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber reicht fürs Abkühlen total aus. Tolle Outdoorküche und Grillanlage. Die Aussicht auf den Gebirgsfluss ist super. Tolle Lage insgesamt. Einzig der Gemeinschaftsraum ist für große Gruppen etwas zu klein, was bei schönem Wetter aber auch kein Problem ist. Kann ich insgesamt also empfehlen.

Un gîte adapté pour un groupe d'amis

A mi-chemin de la vallée et des départs de randonnées, la situation permet d'accéder aux deux facilement. Nous avons profité de la vue magnifique sur le torrent... qui s'est avérée même impressionnante après les précipitations - hélas plutôt abondantes pendant notre séjour - Les hôtes sont charmants et ont été très réactifs à nos sollicitations.

Bijna perfecte vakantiecomplex voor een groepsvakantie met familie of vrienden.

we waren blij verrast met allerlei extra's die bij deze locatie aanwezig bleken te zijn: een buitenkeuken waar wij bijna alle dagen hebben gekookt en gegeten, tafelvoetbal, pingpongtafel en toegang tot de beek waar de (grote) kinderen dagen druk zijn geweest met het bouwen van dammen. En daarnaast het heerlijk zwembad wat elke dag werd schoongemaakt en gecontroleerd. Het huis ligt direct naast de weg en ik dacht even dat het autoverkeer geluidsoverlast zou opleveren, maar daar hebben we helemaal niks van gemerkt. dat komt ook omdat het geluid van de beek alles overstemt. 7 slaapkamers met badkamers, heerlijke douches, veel goede bedden, het huis was goed schoongemaakt en er is een koffiebonenmachine die prima koffie verzorgt. Wij waren met 5 gezinnen en hebben met elkaar een heerlijke tijd gehad. Val di Mello ligt om de boek waar gewandeld en geboulderd kan worden, de bakker 5 minuten rijden (omhoog). / Het was top. een aanrader!
