These weren't enough towels and washcloths in the room, had to go to the front desk to ask for more. The next day when the room was cleaned the maid took all the washcloths and didn't replace them and there wasn't a floor towel to step on after getting out of the shower.

Not all Hilton's are the same.

I really did enjoy my stay everything was great but I did feel like for the price that I paid for the night breakfast should have been included there wasn't no microwave in the room. the original room that I signed up for when I placed the booking online wasn't even available when I got there and I've stayed at Hilton's before for an entire weekend where it was less and everything was including my parking was free as well. I'm from Jersey visiting philly so I guess I just expected all Hilton's to be the same. But as I said everything other than that was great the kids enjoyed themselves with the pool and that was important to us.

Customer service. Great, cleanliness not so much

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. But the rest of the experience was very mediocre. Trash cans were overflowing, there were no extra sheets or pillows for the pull-out couch in our room, there was no hand sanitizer at the breakfast area anywhere to be found. It seems that embassy suites are kind of declining in my experience the past couple years.

They overcharge for parking and don’t let you know about it before booking. they also don’t tell you about the deposit online before hand. other than that it was a nice hotel, great customer service. they overcharge for snacks like most hotels do but everyone’s gotta make money I guess. just better up front communication online about the underlying fees would be nice.
