NIGHTMARE IN PUERTO RICO

The place seems nice in pictures, But when you arrive you are greeted with cockarochs , air-conditioning barley works, No hot water, sheets stained, the wood on the bed was rotten. broke to the floor after just sitting down on it.. i called and they would not give a refund.. no property management what so ever.. my vacation became a nightmare
