Elegant Leopoldina style villa located 15 km southwest of Arezzo and divided into 3 refined and large units with private access (own automatic gate). The other part of the building, where your vacation apartment is located, is occasionally occupied by the owners, while the other two units are occupied by other relatives. The pool of the house is used occasionally by the owners themselves, who occasionally occupy the first floor. Located in the middle of the Chiana Valley, known for its scenic beauty, its hills and wide green fields. Fenced property with an access road to the villa lined with tall cypress trees. Access to the apartment via a large interior stone staircase leading to a bright living room with typical arched windows, overlooking the garden and pool. From a reading room with double sofa bed access to a mansard double bedroom (open gallery), double bedroom with bathroom and access to an open mansard gallery with 3 single beds. A corridor opening onto the living room leads to a mansard double room (open gallery) with private bathroom. Authentic furnishings with some valuable antique furniture. Equipped garden with barbecue for outdoor dining. Ideal starting point for visiting art cities such as Arezzo (15 km), Cortona (20 km), Montepulciano (36 km), Pienza (43 km), S. Quirico d'Orcia (55 km), Siena (60 km), Perugia (75 km), Florence (80 km), Assisi (95 km). 32 km the Trasimeno Lake. The area offers many historical and cultural attractions, food & wine tours.
