The house is an annex of an eighteenth century Tuscan villa, it is completely independent from the villa and consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, one of which with shower, lounge, kitchen, for a total of about 80sqm. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, washing machine. The house is on the ground floor, directly overlooking a large garden with a 85sqm private swimming pool (open from 1st April to 31st October) for the exclusive use of guests. Private parking available.
The house is also accessible for guests with motor disabilities, in fact there are no differences in level between the interior and the garden, the swimming pool area and the parking area. The internal spaces are also compatible with the movement of a wheelchair for the disabled (for details of the measures, see the map shown in the photo section).
