In a small building with 7 apartments, comfortable 38m² apartment + 11m² loggia + private parking, 150 m from the beach.
Located on the edge of the Racou wood, with sea views, away from the busy streets and the beach.
It includes a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with sink and shower, a cabin with two 80cm bunk beds, a separate toilet, a living room with a table, a sofa, and a kitchenette with halogen hob (2 burners) , a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with separate freezer. TV and WIFI available. The loggia, facing the sea, is equipped with a table.
In the street, within a radius of 300 meters restaurants, grocery store, bread depot, press and tobacco are available. Port-Argeles and its entertainment are 1.2 km away, Argeles village is 3.5 km and Collioure 3.2 km (on foot)
The rental is managed by Gérard who will welcome you, make the inventory and will be your correspondent during your stay; he will be the one you will contact when you leave. He will ask you for a check for € 60 which will be returned to you according to the inventory of fixtures (cleaning). On request sheets, pillowcases, bath sheets, hand towels can be rented (count 30 € for a large bed and 20 € for a small bed)
Pets are not accepted. No smoking in the apartment. Do not extend evenings after 10pm.
