Candelaria 2 ist ein kleines Haus in Berglage mit dem allernötigsten an Ausstattung zB. Espressokanne statt Kaffeemaschine. Der Pool lag bei uns (BRD Herbstferien) die meiste Zeit im Schatten und wenn ab 10/11h die Wolken rüber kamen sowieso. Kontakt zum Besitzer nur in spanisch, mit Hilfe einer Übersetzerapp.Gesamteindruck: einfach, sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend.Wir hatten mit all dem keine Probleme.Wer die Cueva del Viento besuchen möchte sollte das bereits bei Reiseplanung mit einplanen, genauso die Fahrt mit der Seilbahn auf den Teide.

Très mauvaise expérience - je ne recommanderais ce logement à personne, même à mon pire ennemi

Madame, Monsieur, Nous ne recommanderions ce logement à personne. Le descriptif faisait mention d’un quartier résidentiel très calme avec vue sur les montagnes. Il n’en est rien. De nombreux chiens aboient sans cesse jour et nuit. Aussi de nombreux coqs hurlent chaque matin dès 04:00. Certes, l’annonce mentionne la présence de chats dans le quartier. Ce qu’elle oublie de préciser, c’est qu’ils sont constamment dans la propriété et qu’ils souillent la cuisine extérieure notamment la nuit… dégoûtant. La prétendue vue sur les montagnes est entrecoupée d’une ligne haute tension. De plus, la vue sur la côte fait face à un énorme parc éolien. Sur la photo de l’annonce, celui-ci n’est pas visible puisque la photo en question est de qualité médiocre. Les containers des poubelles et autres déchets organiques sont entreposés sur la route à côté de la villa, générant ainsi des odeurs nauséabondes et des nuisances sonores lors du ramassage des poubelles très tôt le matin. Enfin, le logement est éloigné des centres d’intérêts principaux de l’île. Nous n’aurions jamais loué cette villa si le descriptif de l’annonce avait fait mention ne serait-ce que d’un seul des points mentionnés ci-dessus. Le logement ne correspondant pas à la description, nous avons décidé de changer de logement après 5 jours de séjour seulement. Compte tenu de ce qui précède, nous exigeons une compensation financière pour les problèmes rencontrés correspondant à la totalité de la valeur du séjour, à savoir 1292 €.
