In the southeast of the island of Tenerife, in the holiday seaside resort known as Playa de Los Abades, in the municipality of Arico is this house chalet detached in Housing development Abades composed of eight hundred canary homes all on the outside with similar finish: walls white, with doors, windows and pergolas green and white and red tile roofs. It is two-storey and 120 square meters, with quality finishes, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, kitchen with patio and large private sun terrace of 40 meters at the entrance overlooking the main beach, about 100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the main square with terrace bars, restaurants, food shops, diving schools and parks.

Fantastic home

Well what can I say we love this place it is everything it says and more the owners are fantastic and as helpfull as you like carnt do enough this place feels like home even the children didn't moan we will definitely definitely stay again two weeks wasn't enough

Für zwei Ehepaare und einem Kleinkind sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, weil die Ausstattung erstklassig war. Besitzer begeisterten unseren Nachwuchs mit ganz neuem und reichlich vorhandenem Spielzeug. Das Haus sehr nah am Strand gelegen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt am Strand, alsö alles super!

Angenehmer Urlaub, die Umgebung leider nicht mehr so schön

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Abades verbracht, der Ort gehört zu den sonnenreichsten Stellen von Teneriffa. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig, Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und WLAN/Wifi sind auch vorhanden. Es ist alles an Utensilien vorhanden, was man braucht. Gewundert haben wir uns nur, dass überhaupt keine Gewürze, Essig und Öl u.a. vorhanden waren. Der Ort selbst ist sehr ruhig, an den Wochenenden und an Feiertagen wird es etwas voller. Angrenzend an der Küste Richtung Poris de Abona hat sich leider ein wilder Campingplatz mit herumfliegendem benutztem Toilettenpapier entwickelt, auf der anderen Seite vom Ort Richtung Tajao ist inzwischen ein offizieller (?) Campingplatz, es ist daher nicht mehr so ruhig und einsam wie noch vor ein paar Jahren. Für eine Erkundung der Insel sind der Ort und das Haus ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt.

Wunderschöne Zeit

Die Vermieter waren super nett und sprechen ein wenig Englisch. Es gab aber keine Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. Das Haus ist großzügig angelegt, nett eingerichtet und verfügt über ein tolles Badezimmer im EG. Die Küche befindet sich im Untergeschoss, das als Souterrain ausgebaut ist. Der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich nicht weit. Restaurants, Bars und ein kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich um die Ecke. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und das Wetter war wie gewohnt unschlagbar.

Ein Traum! Super Haus, Super Lage, sehr freundliche Vermieter!

Fußläufig sind 2 Spielplätze, Strand, Pizzeria zu erreichen. Für touren mit dem Auto ist die Anbindung an die Autobahn super! Diese ist aber nicht zu hören oder zu sehen! Für Unsere Kinder wurde eine Menge Spielzeug herbeigeschafft :) Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und Sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)
