Beautiful cottage with open architecture inside.



It is located in wonderful surroundings, situated on a beach property on the edge of the forest. Wonderful view from the terrace over the lake Foxen vin - Stora Le close to the Norwegian border in Värmland. The barbecue evenings in the sunset on the beautiful terrace here you like to take home as beautiful memories. A door from the living room/kitchen leads to the terrace. But the latter is also directly accessible from bedroom 1, so you can go outside directly in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. Bedroom 3 is located in the attic, which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere.



The lake is a sport fisherman's dream and offers rainbow salmon, pike, perch, emperor whitefish, eels and much more. There is a private jetty with boat on the property. There is a lot of game in the area, so with a little luck you can meet the king of the forest, the moose. In addition, nature offers many berries and mushrooms. Here you can look forward to a special nature experience. A rowing boat with a 4 hp motor and a canoe are included. You can glide silently across the lake and maybe see an animal quenching its thirst in the lake.



An extra boat with a motor can be rented from the homeowner if requested in advance. Fishing license can be purchased online only (see lakefoxen homepage). If you want to go shopping, it is 22 km to Töckfors, where there are two large shopping centers. Nearby houses that you can rent are: S45003, S45519, S45939 and S73126.

Mycket. härligt hus lugnt läge skön natur. Har redan bokat för nästa år !!! Men det finns saker att förbättra. På tomten 60 cm högt gräs tujahäcken kunde man inte se. ogräs på gruset. ta gärna bort detta. Diskmaskinen är dålig. fungerade sådär första veckan. inte alls sista dagen. Knivsrna är mycket slöa. Kaffebryggaren. är inte heller så bra. Ett tips köp en nespressomaskin med kapslar. skriv att den finns i informationen om huset. Överdragen på kuddarna behöver tvättasTill slur så var inte huset städad. Fettfläckar på kakel o vägg i köket. duschsargen. smuts o damm. stora dammråttor på golv. Så kag fick städa IN mig. o städa UT oss. Men som sagt totalupplevelsen. var jätteskön. o gav mersmak. Vi har tyska vänner som kommer i slutet av juli till ett av de andra husen. Mvh Marie Abraham
