Didn't look as if the shower/bath had been cleaned in ages. Towel rails and fridge all rusty. Whole complex was run down and in need of investment.

Sale, immeuble décrépit, piscine d'aspect peu ragoûtant.... nous n'y sommes pas allés !!! Climatisation immonde et ne fonctionne pas.... impossible de fermer les fenêtres vu la chaleur... invasion de moustiques et aucun équipement (moustiquaires, produits...). Une soirée horrible, une nuit pas bcp mieux et vite parti le lendemain vu la tete de la piscine... les photos sur le site ne sont pas des photos de l'endroit ou nous avons dormi !!!!

This hotel is best for local residential get away resort. Not recommend for foreign tourists. Due to the management team declined the service and help needed by customer that included me. The service they could not and did not provided: - Internet access ( not working most of the time). - No telephone at the room to call for help to the front desk. Each room are far away from the main reception desk main building. - No cleaning soap in your bathtub despite you have request them to refill, which they didn't. No plug in the bathtub if you are taking one. After you request for soap, the elder staff said bring you own soap this hotel is for French residents only. - Working Air conditioning for other complaints in unusual heatwave in Arles this year. However, it didn't happened to me, they did gave me a considerable a good room with working air conditioning. The property is nice and with some scenic view for couple or family, just ensure to bring everything that you needed. You expect very little service from this hotel. Nice but AC broken.

It being the hottest summer in memory and the AC in one of the two units made for very hot nights. The rooms also had a lot of wasps in them.

Former high end resort

This is a residence resort hotel that has seen better days. It has three pools next to a small lake and would make for a pleasant stay for a week or more provided you brought in enough food. The name of the hotel is not listed on GPS maps along with its address so it is quite difficult to locate- as in hours.

Not great!

This "hotel" is part of a much bigger holiday park. That was t clear on your website. As a consequence it was hard to find. The room had 15 large dead & live wasps - I got stung. We had to pay extra on arrival for someone to clean the room after our departure. The grounds were overgrown & had litter. There was a leaking pipe or sewer in the roadway outside our apartment. Conveniently located for the Camargue & the food was good on the restaurant.

L’appartement n’avait rien à voir avec les photos présentées dans la description C’était très sale pour le prix je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement Le ménage n’a pas dû être fait avant notre arrivée Des toiles d’araignées dans tous les recoins La baignoire était vraiment trop sale Il y’avait un gant de toilette usagé plein de cheveux dans la salle de bain Je n’ai pas pu laver laver mon bb tellement l’hygiène n’était pas présente C’était horrible

Luogo piacevole dove trascorrere un periodo di vacanza, immersi nella natura con la possibilità di svolgere svariate attività sportive. Unica raccomandazione assicuratevi che l’appartamento sia dotato di aria condizionata. Il nostro non lo era e faceva molto caldo.

Je n’ai pas pu rentrer, j’ai trouvé l’enveloppe avec la clé et la carte à mon intention dans le coffre mais il n’y avait aucun accès pour les utiliser et rentrer. Il était deux heures du matin, j’ai dû faire la route et rentrer chez moi… le numéro d’urgence ne sert à rien, personne ne répond. Jamais un truc pareil ne m’était arrivé. J’ai laissé des messages pour demander le remboursement, aucun retour.
