Come and discover our beautiful region and stay at L'IBIS at only 10-12 min from downtown Arles, 15 min from Fontvielle and 40min from Les Saintes-Marie de la Mer.Secure entrance with gate and video intercom, parking for several vehicles inside the property.
The villa of more than 170m2, facing south, takes place on a 2500 m2 land planted with trees, fenced, not overlooked and without joint ownership. You will be able to enjoy its long terrace, its open swimming pool and sunbathe on the deckchairs. A barbecue area also awaits you as well as a dining area in the shade of a wisteria.
The house has a main wing with two bedrooms opening onto a terrace or balcony, a bathroom, an independent toilet, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room and a large bright living room with a fireplace.
Two other independent and adjoining rooms are accessible from the outside. Each of them has a bathroom and a toilet.
