Our wine cellar-themed apartment, completely renovated in 2020 in the heart of the village of Armissan combining charm and the old, located in the heart of the Massif de la Clape.
The apartment is located 8 km from the beach and 8 km from Narbonne.
On site you will find all the amenities: bakery, butcher, grocery store, post office, hairdresser, and cooperative cellar (sale and tasting of village wine).
Located on the ground floor, 80m2 apartment, an equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge ...)
Two bedrooms bedroom of 10m2 with a 140 bed
A third sleeping possible in the living room.
An exterior of 30m2 will allow you to eat and enjoy the quiet evenings.
Private parking spaces in front of the house.
Many walks are possible from the village which will allow you to discover the Massif de la Clape (many trails to do by mountain bike).
Near Armissan many visits and excursions are possible:
- Gruissan beaches, Narbonne plage, saint pierre la mer.
- Narbonne, its cathedral, its museums, its market ...
- Carcassonne and its city 50 kilometers away
