Perfect location - I love that it’s pet friendly, bed is so comfortable I slept really good. They have 2 good restaurants and lots of restaurants in the area too. Staff is friendly, and helpful.

1. Only 3 sets of towels for 4 people. After reporting the situation, the next 2 days still they did the same. Useless report. 2 the qtip is not provided every day. The body wash was empty on the first day 3. Parking is not free. 4. The rest are okay and thank you

The Four Point Sheraton Airport in Kelowna was our destination. Upon entering our room on second floor, we were greeted with a view of the ventilation system from the restaurant below. Renovations were underway on the second and third floor, resulting in significant noise throughout the day. The electricians were very apologetic for the noise. In addition, dogs were allowed in the hotel, and a dog in a nearby room barked incessantly at 6 AM and continued throughout the early morning. They were sold out, so there was no chance of changing rooms. For the price we paid, we expected a more peaceful experience and a better view. I inquired about the waterslides only to be informed that it had been out of order since 2020, five years ago. It seems odd that they had not been repaired or removed by now. On a positive note the Gulf Stream restaurant offered excellent food and service.
