The property really needs to fix its plumbing and drainage system. The water, sinks, and drains all had a strong, unpleasant odor like sewage mixed with chemicals, almost like formaldehyde. The smell eventually spread through my entire room, and I had to switch rooms because of it. Unfortunately, the cleaning practices also need improvement. I noticed the staff using the same mop water and spray bottle for multiple rooms, which doesn’t feel hygienic. One of the cleaning ladies stole a few of my brand new toothpaste I brought. I had 3 missing when I came back. That said, the lobby staff themselves were all extremely kind and helpful definitely 10/10 for service. The rooms are also very spacious, which was a plus

- rooms are outdated and not maintained: floors dirty with scratches, burnt, bathroom vanity broken, some lights are not functioning, sewage odor from the skitchen sink area. - requested room service while outside the hotel but came back and the room was not made. The cleaner came in when convenient for her and insisted in cleaning the room when we're in it. -booked breakfast by error so asked reception to remove the breakfast and refund before I checked in, I was told to call again the next day when management is available. WHEN i called i was told it was too late because I already checked in - location is far from all attractiones -Overprised

The hotel was very very comfortable. The apartment was large and had every amenity. The staff spoke great English and were super helpful. Definitely 5 star experience. It was not far from most things and super easy to get an UBER or taxi.

The hotel is just amazing. The staff are friendly and remembered us from a previous trip, the staff go above and beyond to make you happy and create a personalised service for us. I would not stay anywhere else in Istanbul ever. Truly amazing and woyld give it 100* if I could. Clean, family friendly, has a pool and all shops you could ever need, just outside the hotel. Shopping nearby, free parking and close to markets

I loved staying at this hotel! It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay in Istanbul. The staff was amazing! The rooms very well equipped and big and had restaurants and 2 supermarkets right next door. I will definitely stay here again!

Room was great and the property was clean and comfortable. But we were told on arrival that the air conditioning didn't work. If we'd have known that, we would probably have booked somewhere else. But in the end we managed the temperature OK and the hotel was fine.
